Enjoyed a relaxing stay thanks to the excellent customer service provided by all front desk staff.

The personnel was pleasant and incredibly welcoming. The room was fairly quiet and inviting and equipped with a sofa bed and a huge bathroom, as example as described. A wide range of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone.

Great place for the price, felt like a 4 star in some ways. Lovely pool area. The reason we choose this hotel was how close it is to the citadel outlet mall, you just walk accross the car park. It was perfect for this purpose even if the mall was a bit of a let down because all the major malls were on sale when we were there so we found just as good bargains at all the malls! Anyway great hotel for all types of people, big and extremely comfortable beds!

We stayed here for 1 night, it was ideal for what we needed. Clean and the staff was caring. - Got a good-sized and updated room with a sofa bed and a patio. - the bottle of warm water always comes in handy.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was delightful, while the king room had lovely bathrooms; located 30 km away from the airport, the stay was enjoyable.

There were no towels out by the pool! Brrr! We had to use some on the ground. And it's a weird area...but, it was necessary for us.

Execelent choice. Located near an Oulet in a very quiet area.Staff was very helpfull. Room was very confortable and clean. Would stay there again.

The accommodations had comfortable double beds and were equipped with amenities like tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator, set in a pleasant building.

Near a big outlets, perfect for me and my wife, we go to that outlet twice during the stay. Classic facilities and comfortable bed, better than any other hotels I stayed during my trip. My wife told me there is a bit sound from the nearby road which did not bottered my at all.

Polite service from the pleasant, incredibly welcoming staff members. Accommodating & relaxing rooms with nice bathrooms. Great and beautiful location for Commerce, adjacent to the big mall, the shopping areas, good food courts, and downtown and Disneyland. Good bar area.

No hot water for a shower in the morning and no fan vent in the bathroom.
